Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for school staff and faculty. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and staff information, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in the admissions process by handling inquiries, scheduling tours, and providing necessary information to prospective students and parents.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements.
- Provide administrative support to teachers, including photocopying, document preparation, and classroom organization.
- Oversee the school's attendance tracking system, addressing and reporting any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance department to handle petty cash and expense reconciliation. - Assist in the planning and execution of school events, such as parent-teacher conferences and extracurricular activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and school management to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the school's front office, greeting visitors and directing them accordingly
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
