**CLIENT**

A large infrastructure company based in Mumbai which is in the process of establishing a SEZ in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The SEZ is spread over 150 hectares of land with industrial plots available for 700 companies to set up their operations. The SEZ has obtained all statutory approvals including Environmental approvals and is in the stage of development and operations.

**Position :General Manager - Business Development**

**Reporting to Sr VP / CEO**

**Experience ** :20 years in infrastructure industry with at least 10 years in SEZ establishment / marketing / operations.

Qualification : Post graduate with Civil Engineering background and MBA Marketing preferable.

Age : 38 to 45 years.

**Job Purpose **:Develop SEZ to meet client requirements and ensure client occupation as per time and cost estimates in order to meet business targets.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Prepare Business Development plan and strategies to implement in order to achieve BD targets.
- Generate leads of prospective clients, understand client requirements, and prepare proposals.
- Develop infrastructure in line with master plan meeting budget, time, and cost estimates.
- Ensure operational readiness for client occupation by completing the respective plots.
- Prepare tenders for development of facilities, select and appoint subcontractors to execute the work packages.
- Coordinate with various government and statutory authorities for getting approvals.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on Business performance to top management.

**Remuneration**:

- As per industry standard with Fixed and Variable components.

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per month
