Experience:

- 3- 8 years.

**Salary**: - 2.40 to 3.5 lpa.

Qualification: - Any Graduate.

Coordinating with designers to ensure that they meet client expectations.

Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly efficiently.

Reviewing sales figures to determine which designs are popular with customers and which need improvement.

Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all orders are filled quickly and efficiently.

Persistent follow up on the queries by customers in coordination with sales team.

Understand trends, potential demand and competition and determine the market potential and identify consumer needs.

Maintain continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing performance, market share for the purpose of recommending product continuance or modifications and market potential.

Determine and maintain the appropriate level of sales staff in order to service effectively the customer base.

Recruit new sales staff in conjunction with the HR-Manager and Director

Monitor the performance of the sales (Showroom) staff on a daily basis.

Conduct and document performance reviews with each Sales Associate on an annual basis

Conduct weekly internal meetings with the sales (showroom) staff and address all important issues concerning the show room.

Build and develop a well-rounded team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates.

Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships in order to maintain professional standards to protect Bathline brand.

Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
Arranging stock in a manner which is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.

Maintain inventory accuracy.

To ensure all ceramic tiles / fittings are presented in a way that appeals to customers _(since this is the first step in making a sale)_.

Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Greet and direct customers in a most conducive manner.

Provide accurate information to the vendors / clients (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales service, if any).

Manage returns of tiles / bathroom fittings.

Coordinate with other sales representatives in providing excellent customer service.

Inform customers about “New Arrivals’ / discounts / special offers.

Provide customer feedback to the Showroom Manager.

Stay up-to-date with new products/services. Clients quotes, presentation, closing orders and sample deliveries. Client data to be filled into Google form.

Use good business practices at all times.

Other duties as assigned by the Divisional Head.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
