ARCH (Advanced Resource Centre for Humanitarian) Development Foundation is a non-profit organization (registered as Section 8) located in Vadodara working towards development activities mainly focused on education, women empowerment, skill and livelihood and financial literacy to name a few. **About the Program**:
Learning & Enrichment program is a one
- year fellowship program which aims to mentor the fellows become well-rounded individuals who are able to think critically from multiple perspectives, communicate effectively and grow with an experience to pursue career in development or relevant field.

**Engagements**:

- Provide support in our various on-going projects.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Participate & assist the team in execution of the project activities.
- Work in coordination with the team for accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other tasks assigned by the organization.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **Ready to dedicate 1- year for fellowship program.**:

- Should be open to travel & work on field.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Basic knowledge & understanding of issues relating to child, women & community at large.

**Benefits**:

- Stipend shall be provided.
- Certificate of Fellowship will be provided on successful completion of the program.
- A recommendation letter can also be provided on request.
- Deserving fellows can also get an employment opportunity.

**Qualification**: Graduate/Post
- graduate in social work/education studies/ rural management or relevant field.

**Experience**: Freshers, those who wish to re-start their career after a gap (esp. females) are welcome

**Position Availability**: Immediate

**Stipend**:The stipend shall commensurate as per the performanceduring the interview

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Vadodara - 390021, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
