J374 - This position is responsible for Quality inspection supervision, maintenance of record keeping & material management in quality control activities

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**

- Quality and delivery from issue of material to final inspection of material
- Guiding shop floor personnel about the products processes from time to time
- Obtaining standard process layouts of new products from PDC
- Process monitoring and control
- Integrated Quality Management system as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO TS 16949.
- Punching data in on-line system regarding process details finalized by QA/PDC and verifying the same
- Final shade/Lot clearance in finishing yard and dye house
- Controls of non-conforming products in confirmation with CFT
- Substitution or changes of the chemicals in the process
- Issue standard process layouts
- Approving quality system documents
- Select and implement standard process layout for articles matching with existing products. "
