**Vice Principal**:

- The VP should create a strong and effective team spirit that reflects the values of our school, including:
- Setting high standards of professional performance.
- Being an excellent communicator, listening to staff, and being an effective channel between the Head of School and staff.
- Be responsible for all Senior Coordinators and oversee their work in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
- Be responsible for whole school assessment procedures. Oversee pupil target setting and progress tracking.
- Liaise with Admissions on the suitability of applicants and scholarship entrance.
- Compile an annual report on academic achievements following CBSE examinations.
- Manage the staffing of all academic lessons including absences and cover procedures.
- Should be from a large/medium-sized school (student strength at least 2000).
- Should have taught preferably Sr. Secondary students ( Grades 9 to 12) and exposure to preparing students for board classes.
