**Job Title**: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Mathematics

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching Mathematics**:

- Plan and deliver effective and engaging mathematics lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum and syllabus.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of the mathematics curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of mathematics education.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design, administer, and grade assessments, tests, and examinations to evaluate student progress and understanding of mathematics concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding their performance.

4. **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to effective learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and address any disciplinary issues as necessary.

5. **Individualized Support**:

- Provide additional help and support to students who are struggling with mathematics concepts.
- Identify and address the specific learning needs of individual students.

6. **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Encourage and participate in mathematics-related extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions.

7. **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.

8. **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

9. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

10. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive and effective school environment.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to the school's overall educational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- A postgraduate degree in Mathematics.
- B.Ed ,Mathematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
