Printing Qc

Post Printing floor planning & control(PPC): responsible for post-printing planning on the shop-floor in accordance with the dispatch schedule for the current and subsequent days.
- Production & Qualityresponsible for overall production of finished material; should ensure maximum production efficiency with mínimal wastage.
- FG/Rejected material handling: Proper supervision during weighing/packing of finished goods; stocking in FG area. Should ensure rejected material is kept at its allocated place and is easily identifiable without mixing it up with FG.
- MIS Documentation: Maintain all documents required as per Audit. Also maintain monthly production reports of all operators and support staff which will enable to shortlist best employee amongst them who will be rewarded as per company policy.
- Quality Assurance/Control: Check the quality parameters of the material processed on shop floor. Coordination with qc dept. in case of any deviation in quality whether acceptable or not.
- 5s policy: Implement 5s on shop-floor. Maintain clean/hygienic environment on the shop-floor.
- Positive work culture: promote collaboration and team work between team members by establishing an atmosphere of trust; encourage team members by recognizing their good work and motivate them for continuous improvement; should also ensure that no one is indulged in any sort of malpractices and groupisim.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
