WOOHOO Education10x, which was our first acquisition, has already scaled more than 10x, in just 6 months, with their expert delivery in courses on financial literacy. Schola, our second prized acquisition, is all set to create an impact across the SEA group. With the most recent acquisition of Metamorphosis Edu, BrightCHAMPS has entered the B2B arena. Metamorphosis Edu partners with schools across India to train students in skills linked to entrepreneurship. The startup also helps its clients come to grips with the National Education Policy (NEP). While Metamorphosis Edu has so far focused on setting up entrepreneurship cells in schools to teach its courses, as the B2B arm of BrighCHAMPS, it plans to introduce more skill-based learning courses.
**What is this role about?**
The Training LEAD plans, directs, and coordinates training for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge and skills of the Teachers in the Academy. Also, oversee staff training and development in the Academy.
**TRAINING LEAD ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**.
|**Training Program Development**:Design and develop training modules in the Learning Management System (LMS) by understanding departmental needs & tailoring materials accordingly.

**|Content Creation**:Develop engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, tailored to specific audience needs and learning objectives.
**|Delivery and Facilitation**: Conduct effective training sessions via various platforms, fostering engagement and creating interactive learning environments through clear communication and facilitation skills.
**|Assessment and Evaluation**: Implement assessment methods like quizzes, surveys, or performance evaluations to gauge training effectiveness, using feedback to refine materials and delivery methods.
**|Coordination and Logistics**: Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, and resource management, collaborating with HR, department managers, or external providers as needed.
**|Training Needs Analysis**: Identify organisational training needs through performance reviews, and skills gap analysis, prioritising initiatives and resource allocation accordingly.
**|Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**:Ensure training programs adhere to relevant regulations & industry standards, particularly in areas like healthcare, finance, or manufacturing where compliance is crucial.
**|Team Leadership and Development**:Provide leadership, guidance, and support to trainers or coordinators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs and fostering professional development within the team.
**|Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results, generating reports for management on training effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
**|Staying Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
**TRAINING LEAD QUALIFICATIONS**
|A bachelor’s / Master’s degree / Engineering or Technology in Computer Science /Robotics/ |Artificial Intelligence or any other relevant degree related to Robotics, Microcontrollers & Coding.
|Hands-on
- Experience in training robotics for a min of 2 years or any equivalent is required.
|Requires 1+ years of experience in leading the team of the teachers /trainers is an additional plus.
|Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships is a must.
|Outstanding oral, written, multitasking, and presentation skills are crucial.
|Experience with MS Office and Online office Platforms are essential and Mandatory.
**Location: HSR Layout 2nd Sector (Onsite)**
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
