**Job Description**:
QAD is seeking a **Graphic/Multimedia Designer **who will harness creative and technical expertise to conceive, design, and produce diverse, visually captivating multimedia content. This encompasses the development of graphics, animations, videos, and interactive presentations that enhance and transform the e-learning experience.

In close collaboration with instructional designers and e-learning technologists, this role ensures that all visual elements align seamlessly with our instructional objectives, facilitating the effective transfer of knowledge while simultaneously elevating our digital educational content's overall quality and impact.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Multimedia Content Development**:Design and create visually engaging multimedia content, such as custom graphics, animations, interactive simulations, and video presentations, to enhance e-learning modules and ensure content is visually appealing and pedagogically effective.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks to review multimedia content for accuracy, functionality, and performance, addressing any issues or improvements needed to enhance the overall effectiveness and usability of e-learning materials.
- ** Content Optimization**:Collaborate with e-learning developers to optimize multimedia assets for efficient loading and smooth playback within e-learning modules, ensuring that graphics, videos, and animations do not compromise the overall performance of the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, multimedia authoring tools, and e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate, Confluence, Absorb, H5p).
- 3-5 years experience in Graphic/Multimedia Designing.
- Proficient in graphic design software and multimedia content creation tools
- Knowledge of instructional design principles for effective e-learning.
- Accessibility expertise to ensure e-learning content complies with accessibility standards.
