**Job Description: Tele caller/Telesales Executive for Logistics**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based in the United States and discuss our logistics services.
- Introduce and promote our company's range of logistics solutions, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
- Answer incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and delivery options.
- Actively listen to customers' needs, address their concerns, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively pitch and upsell additional services to potential customers.
- Identifysales opportunities and generate leads through effective lead qualification and follow-up.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, call logs, and sales activity using our CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in telesales, tele calling, or a related customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate American accent.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a concise and engaging manner.
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence potential customers positively.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, to align with the target market's time zone.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics terminology, shipping processes, and supply chain management is beneficial.
