**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques.

2. Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.

4. Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records of all analyses conducted.

5. Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and out-of-specification results, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs to support product development and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

7. Stay current with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Participate in internal and external audits, assisting in the preparation and review of documentation and reports.

9. Provide training and guidance to laboratory personnel on quality control procedures, methods, and best practices.

10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance quality systems, processes, and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.

2. 4-8 years of experience in quality control within the food or pharmaceutical industry.

3. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.

4. Proficiency in documentation practices, including writing SOPs, protocols, and reports.

5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
