Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team at Nutri Fresh Farm Tech India Pvt Ltd. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for our agricultural operations. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of procurement processes and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.

2) Sourcing and Purchasing: Source and purchase goods and services in alignment with company requirements and budget constraints. Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.

3) Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure advantageous agreements. Work closely with vendors to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

4) Procurement Process: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

5) Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that purchased goods meet the required standards. Conduct quality checks and inspections as necessary.

6) Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and value for money. Track and report cost-saving initiatives.

7) Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Monitor inventory turnover and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement or a related role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with agricultural procurement is a plus.

Proficient in using procurement software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹8,903.08 - ₹32,619.64 per month
