1. Holding valid Certified Personal Trainer course certification
2. Holding valid First Aid/CPR and AED certification
3. Inform clients about gym safety and hygiene guidelines
4. Evaluate client’s fitness levels and health conditions - Assessment

5. Evaluating customer’s physical needs

6. Advise clients about important safety concerns and demonstrate exercises or maneuvers as needed

7. Assigning appropriate exercise activities workout card updated in Mobile App
8. Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment - Orientation
9. Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed
10. Track customer’s fitness progress by repeating the assessments every 30 to 45 days. Lead both individual and group training sessions

12. Research on new exercise techniques and trends - follow the trend
13. Promote the gym’s fitness packages and plans - upgrade to P.T / Nutrition 14. Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies
15. Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers
16. Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed 17. 100% Adherence to company Standard Operating Procedure [SOP]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
