**FEMALE ADMISSION COUNSELOR**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the process of admission right from the point of a walk-in or telephonic enquiry to the final admission.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about our educational programs and admission procedures.
- **Maintain Admission folders and documentation which will contain the following**:

- Provide basic information about the school and their teaching pedagogy
- Information about the infrastructure and other facilities at the school
- Achievements as a school, students
- Brief profile of School, Principal, and our mentor teachers
- Activities over the past year if any
- Comments by our parents, students, visitors.
- Keeping abreast with the current fee structure.
- Take daily feedback from the parents with respect to the admissions and do strategies on improvements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the admission process for the school.
- Handle inbound queries related to admissions.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
- Maintain a database of potential students and update it with relevant information.
- **Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.**:

- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and data on applicants, admissions, and enrollment, and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, counseling, communications).

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field.

3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.

5. Organizational: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

6. Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
