**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting and Coordinating**: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and provide necessary support.
- **Supporting Administrative Staff**: Assist administrative personnel with routine tasks and special projects.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of clients and ensure regular follow-ups and coordination.
- **Technology Utilization**: Use technology to keep the company’s operations updated and efficient.
- **Data Management**: Accurately manage data related to vendors, clients, franchisees, and retailers.
- **Complaints Handling**: Address and resolve complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- **MIS & Daily Progress Reporting**: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and daily progress reports using Excel.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate/Post Graduate can apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using technology, particularly MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively.
- **Flexibility**: Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- **Typing Skills**: Expert in typing with speed and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
