- above 100 employees.**
- Coordination and supervision of employees and Supervisors. Provide schedules for employees.
- Should be well versed with designing attendance, weekly off, reliever duty schedule.
- Duty schedule preparation & shift management
- Ability to plan & conduct reviews with teams.
- Visit client site & meet employees
- Meet Client for their requirement & complaint. Solve the client complaints
- Ability to independently lead team and drive overall process performance.
- Ability to manage knowledge, replicate best practices to improve process performance.
- Responsible for reviewing and tracking the progress on the action plans shared by the internal teams and highlighting deviations

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kudasan, Gandhinagar - 382421, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manpower Supervision: 1 year (preferred)
