**Job Title**: MIS Executive with Accounts Knowledge

**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive with Accounts Knowledge is responsible for generating and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports that provide insights into the organization's financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making processes. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting data from various sources to facilitate informed decision-making by senior management. Additionally, the MIS Executive will utilize their accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting within the MIS framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational trends.

2. Collect data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems, and ensure its accuracy and completeness.

3. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to senior management.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize MIS reports accordingly.

5. Design and implement automated processes for data collection, analysis, and report generation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in financial reporting and data management.

7. Provide support and training to end-users on accessing and interpreting MIS reports.

8. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MIS processes and systems.

9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in MIS and accounting to enhance reporting capabilities.

**Required Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and financial accounting.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other data analysis tools.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.

7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

8. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.

9. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

10. Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
