Location**:Tripunithara, Kochi**

Salary Range**:30,000 to 50,000 INR**

Experience**:Minimum 5 years in Shipping Vessel Planner.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficient and safe planning of vessel operations, prioritizing stability and safety during load and discharge processes.
- Prepare and communicate comprehensive vessel load plans and work plans to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate with shipping agents, terminals, and trade partners to provide relevant information on vessel load and discharge processes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with trade partners and customer service teams to optimize vessel capacity utilization and enhance turnaround efficiency.
- Control and oversee the execution of vessel operation plans to meet productivity targets.
- Liaise with terminals to coordinate vessel berthing prospects and crane workouts for optimal efficiency.
- Develop and execute vessel discharge and load sequences to achieve and sustain productivity targets per quay crane operation.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of vessel stability and safety criteria during discharge and load planning.
- Act as a focal point for all vessel planning activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve daily problems and issues, often of a moderate to highly complex nature, to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate timely voyage reports and other cost-related reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in vessel planning within the shipping industry.
- Strong understanding of vessel stability and safety criteria.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, especially in the context of vessel operations.
- Ability to generate accurate and timely reports for management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
