Executive Trainer

**Role: Executive Trainer**

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Trainer to oversee the development and implementation of a 45-day work readiness module tailored for the hospitality industry and Domain Training. As the Hospitality Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards. This module aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in various roles within the hospitality sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, equipment procurement, and scheduling.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
- Conduct regular meetings with trainers to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and seek approval for any deviations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the module through participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project status, including achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Maintain documentation and records related to the project for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the hospitality or Vocational Education.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its workforce requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
