**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to customers or businesses. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to minimize time and fuel consumption.
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Verify delivery instructions and ensure correct items are delivered to the designated locations.
- Communicate with dispatchers or customers to update delivery status or address any issues encountered during delivery.
- Customer Service:

- Provide friendly and professional service to customers upon delivery.
- Assist customers with unloading goods and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Handle cash or electronic payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, if required.
- Address any customer complaints or inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
- Report any vehicle defects or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for repairs.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized, both internally and externally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
- Follow proper procedures for the transportation of hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
- Ensure all required documentation, such as delivery receipts or proof of delivery, is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
