Housekeeping Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a Star Hotel.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
