IT Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Trainer to join our team and teach various programming languages. As an IT Trainer, you will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of software developers and equip them with the skills necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving field of programming.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs on different programming languages, including but not limited to Python, PHP, C++, JavaScript, PHP and others.
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials that align with industry standards and cater to the needs of students at different skill levels.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, hands-on exercises, group discussions, and projects.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and offer support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure the training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues and provide technical support when needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, gather feedback from students, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven work experience as an IT Trainer or similar role, with a focus on teaching programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in various programming languages, including Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, PHP, and others.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to students of different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
