Job brief
We are looking for a Support Co-ordinator to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.
Sales Operations Support Co-ordinator responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals. develop individualized plans to meet their clients' goals, then provide the tools and information to implement the plan. Support coordinators help their clients maintain the ability to advocate for themselves.
Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle lead generation and book appointments.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promoting the vision of the organization & Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
- Established Support.
- Train staff in products, market and processes for sales excellence.
- Providing Guidance and Information.
- Monitoring and following up to ensure delivery of quality services.
- Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
- Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management
- Deal with customer complaints or issues; Indoor sales
- Linking with community resources & Attending the meetings
**Requirements and skills**
- **Communication**: Need excellent communication skills to work with a variety of clients.
- **Problem-solving**: To find the best solutions for their clients, support coordinators need problem-solving skills.
- **Active listening**: This skill helps support coordinators understand the needs of their clients in detail.
- **Organization**: Since support coordinators can work on multiple cases at the same time, they need good organizational skills.
- **Critical thinking**: Support coordinators need to be able to evaluate all of the information in a case to find the right answer.
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred.
