**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all the legal functions of the organization.
- Safeguarding the interests of the organization through legal means.
- Ensuring all timely legal compliances.

**All legal cases, matters, compliances and related liasoning with the following departments / officers**:
1. GST Department.

2. Income Tax Department.

3. Labor and Factory laws.

4. Pollution Control Board (GPCB).

5. ISO & BIS.

6. Trademark.

7. Electricity Board.

8. District Industry Commissioner and Industry Commissioner Subsidies and taxes.

9. Electrical Inspector.
- Preserving the company's intellectual Property assets such as trademarks, brand names (registration and renewals).
- All land / property clearance and approvals (NA, Property Card & etc.).
- All notary works.
- Third party ratings.
- All court and tribunal matter for GST / Income Tax / Others.
- Other legal certifications and licenses.
- Keep management updated with state / central schemes and policies across sectors.
- Commercial Legal Work.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Corporate Legal Manager: 10 years (required)
