We are looking for **Consultant - Homeopathy **with good clinical knowledge, good communication, and a patient-centric approach.

Should be able to diagnose patients through audio and video consultations and also In-Person.

Assessing patients and developing a detailed case history with patients comprising psychological, emotional and physical symptoms and characteristics; using homeopathic remedies to treat a range of conditions e.g. arthritis and eczema;
Maintaining detailed clinical notes and records for each patient;
Analysing each case to select a remedy or series of remedies appropriate for the individual (this may take several consultations); advising on lifestyle issues, such as diet, exercise, and mental health;
Referring the patient to other health practitioners, as appropriate;
Monitoring and evaluating patient progress;
Running seminars and presentations for groups in the community, or for other health practitioners, to promote homeopathy.

Responding to patient queries and problems, either face to face or over the phone;
Instructing patients about the use and effects of particular remedies;
Be a family doctor for the patients by analysing their health condition over a period of time.

Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures.

Should work closely with tele calling team to convert the Leads for fixing the Appointments.

Should do follow-up call for all the existing patients as per the timeline.

Should work closely with In-house Marketing team and Field Marketing team to conduct the campaigns as per the schedule.

Should be ready with MIS data on day-to-day basis, and need to report Head OPS on daily basis.

Being a healthcare organization, our goal is Healing People Changing Lives and hence keeping the patients first at all times. This may mean that at times, when other doctors & staff are busy, you may also have to help with other clinic activities like dispensing medicines, providing therapy, etc. inorder to inculcate a spirit of Teamwork and Ownership.

**Requirement**:
Should be Completed BHMS at reputed institution.

Should be a register Homeopathy at State or Ayush Council.

Good Communication Skill.

**Should speak multi-Language - **Hindi / Kannada / Telugu / Tamil and English

**Location**: Bangalore.

**Shift**: 9 Hours Fixed timing and Rotational Week off.
