**Job Description: Accounts Executive at Vivre Panels Pvt Ltd**

**Position Overview**:As an Accounts Executive at Vivre Panels Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial operations. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Data Entry and Maintenance**:Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, bills, receipts, and journal entries.
Enter and update financial data into the accounting software systems.
Ensure all financial records are organized, complete, and easily accessible.

**Accounts Receivable**:Issue invoices to customers and clients in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer payments and reconcile discrepancies.

**Accounts Payable**:Process vendor invoices, verify their accuracy, and ensure timely payment.
Maintain a record of vendor payments and manage vendor accounts.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records regularly.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank transactions and recorded transactions.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide accurate financial data and reports to management as required.
Support the preparation of financial reports for audits and regulatory compliance.

**Expense Management**:Monitor and control company expenses by ensuring adherence to established budgets and expense policies.
Review and reconcile employee expense reports.

**Financial Analysis**:Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

**General Ledger Maintenance**:Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

**Compliance and Documentation**:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audits and reporting.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
