Registered Nurse

**Job Title: Registered Nurse (BSc Nursing)**

**Location: Pratham Hospital**

**Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ensure accurate documentation of all patient-related activities.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, reporting any deviations or concerns to the attending physician.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and other medical interventions as required, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training programs, workshops, and seminars, to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the respective nursing council.
- Proven clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
