**Devic Earth is** looking for **Admin**/**Finance Executive **at our head office in **Bangalore** to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

**Devic Earth** is a green tech start-up with a breakthrough technology that has revolutionized approach to air pollution. Our fast-growing company is VC funded, has onboarded several clients, won multiple awards, and extensively covered in the media - all in these five years.

**Responsibilities**
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Maintain and record fixed and online assets.
- Prepare purchase orders and invoices
- Prepare and file local compliance reporting, as necessary
- Prepare accounting reports and inventories for client discharges, as necessary by the management and the investor
- Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
- Maintain petty cash book, employee’s reimbursement and pay registers
- Following up with vendors and customers as per the need
- Maintaining of bills and vouchers both online and offline
- Preparation of financial statements, monthly MIS reports, sales projections
- Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Coordinate and complete financial Audits
- Coordinate with Audit firm for IT filing
- Coordinate and supervise work done by accounting firm
- Reviewing TCPs
- Maintaining banking relationships
- Ensure that cash flows are adequate to operate business effectively
- Ensure financial prudence
- Forecasting cash receivables and payables
- Preparation of financial budgets along with various sections
- Manage daily operations of accounting
- Manages the front office.
- Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for employees
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Manages staff attendance, leave, salaries, payroll and expense requests
- Interacts with Directors and carries out their requests
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Onboarding of new employees

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Completed Articleship or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- 3+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and administration preferred
- Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
- Proficient with Accounting ERP systems, Quick Books and Tally

**Skills needed**
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong record keeping skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Prior office management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Presentation skills, including welcoming guests to events

**Remuneration and benefits**
- ₹ 5,40,000 CTC
- Health Insurance, Provident Fund
