Job Title Accounts Manager

Department Accounts & Finance Reporting to Accounts & Finance Head

Roles & Responsibilities

Timing 09:30 AM to 08:00 PM Job Nature Full Time
- Oversee daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Handle accounts payable by verifying and processing supplier invoices and managing

payment schedules.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets,

and cash flow statements.
- Compile data and generate reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Assist in tracking and controlling expenses, including employee reimbursements, petty

cash.
- Collect Payments from Delivery Boys, Collection Executive - Tally Customer Invoice and

Prepare Denomination for Bank Deposit.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and

payments.
- Process Vendor invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors and

suppliers as agreed terms.
- Manage petty cash transactions, reconciliations, and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare financial statements, Profit and loss account, Balance sheet, and cash flow

statements.
- Present financial reports to Proprietor, offering insights and decision-making

recommendations. (From Jan onwards - Still this kept on hold)
- Monitoring a Quarterly/Half yearly/ Annual budget. (After discussion with Internal

auditor will follow the same)
- Monitoring expenditure branch wise month on month and submit the report to the

management.
- Interface with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory

bodies.
- Monitoring GST and TDS filing, and other such Statutory work.
- Ensure Vendor payments is done in a timely and agreed terms.
- Maintain Cash Flow records, Bank Reconciliation and ensure timely and accurate

documentation.
- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with liasioning officers, as per accounting standards, regulations, and

company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
