Full Time Role

The Sales Executive at ULA is responsible for connecting users, buyers and influencers with all of its courses, contents and solutions at the academy. In this role, you are responsible for building different sales channels and generating leads to recruit as many students and clients required to achieve the organisation’s goals. In addition, you will be building partnerships with associated businesses to create opportunities for growth. Working closely with the leadership at the academy, you will also manage all operations associated with sales, enquiry management and partnership management.

This role is ideal for someone interested in working in a creative environment, interacting with young students, driving business and leading sales.

**Responsibilities**

Sales and Enquiry Management
- Counsel and advise parents, students and concerned individuals with the right course / product fit based on their respective needs and requirements
- Develop regional and audience expertise and insights to influence sales strategy and roadmap
- Manage and maintain an enquiry management system
- Coordinate with required agencies and personnel for all tasks related to sales
- Develop and manage budgets for executing sales strategy in collaboration with the leadership management of the academy

Partnerships
- Build partnerships with associated education brands to create synergies for business growth
- Build partnerships with brands that can contribute towards brand awareness and brand building for the academy
- Onboard and manage all partners to ensure successful fulfilment of partnership terms

Admin
- Build and manage databases for students and business partners
- Manage all administrative work required for sales and partnerships
- Ensure alignment of tasks and operations with our strategy and identified goals

Communication
- Manage communication with all stakeholders involved for a successful delivery of business development strategy
- Report to the Director on a weekly basis

Package
- 2,00,000 - 3,60,000
- Quarterly incentives for achieving revenue target.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
