**E-coating Process Operator**:
Thorough understanding of all part finishing techniques and the ability to complete tasks without supervision in a timely manner

Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on time

Identify material defects

Set-up paint gun, P-Mix, and pump system for proper paint flow

Able to handle on instrumentation at

Manually operate air electrostatic or air spray type spray equipment to paint a wide variety of parts

Flush out hose lines daily or before each change of color

**Skills Requirements**:
Pre-treatment Process knowledge

C.E.D Process Knowledge

UF system Knowledge

DM and RO plant operation knowledge

Lab titration knowledge P.T and ED Process

Testing knowledge protected parameter

Process maintenance knowledge about - PT and ED process

Cascading process knowledge

5S and Documentation knowledge

Phosphate filter process and sludge filtration knowledge

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
