Job Title: Graphic Designer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs across various platforms and mediums. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing our brand identity and capturing the attention of our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing designs, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, infographics, brochures, websites, social media assets, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct research to gather information and conceptualize design ideas that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance design skills and improve design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly.
