**CTC : 2,04,000 P.A + 2K Travelling Allowance**
**15 Days training in Chennai location**
- To be available at the designated hospitals and clinics to execute marketing activities like Stem Cell Awareness Week, Mommies Day Out, Antenatal Classes, Gifting Activity, Lucky Draw, etc. including Saturdays and even on Sundays if events have been planned.
- To create awareness by in-person counseling & conversing with all the expectant parents (target group) who visit the assigned maternity clinic / hospital in the territory about the potential benefits of cord blood stem cell banking and its importance as a preventive healthcare initiative for their family.
- To distribute all the educational materials to the target group during the OPD time at the clinics / hospitals to create interest in our products and services.
- To collect the name, address and other relevant details of the target group to facilitate a formal presentation for their family.
- To daily generate leads of expectant parents from the designated hospitals and clinics.
- To make outbound telephone calls to enable conversion of leads to an appointment for the sales team’s interaction with such expectant parents on the benefits of our services.
- To be present at the Hospitals / Clinics for counseling in case there are no marketing activities scheduled for a given day.
- To enter all the leads and appointments in the company’s lead management system on a daily basis.
- To follow-up with the sales team on presentations status of the set appointments and support to ensure 100% conversion of appointments to presentations.
- To keep oneself updated on the latest news in the field of stem cells science, feedback on our services & to build strong rapport with their support staff to sustain and generate new growth opportunities.
- To project an appropriate image of the company in the field and amongst all stakeholders.
- To maintain all reports related to performance measurement and daily activity that will be reviewed by the reporting authority from time to time.
