**About this opportunity**

We have an opportunity for Senior Solution Architect who will Lead in-depth understanding technology like NR, ESS, VoNR, M-MIMO, LTE-A, Nb-IoT and Cat-M1. and develop and enhance analytical methods using Machine Learning models

**What you will do**
- Demonstrate technology and thought leadership in new technology areas.
- Handle multiple responsibilities spanning across different technology and solution areas.
- AI/ML based software product development using Python.
- Tactical troubleshooting
- ERCA development and testing
- Issue handling

**You will bring**
- Bachelors in B.E/ B. Tech in EC/ET preferred.
- Demonstrated ability: Deep technical knowledge in 5G RAN & VoLTE/VoNR, E-RAN, Private 4G and 5G networks, Nb-IoT/Cat-M1, App Experience Optimization / End-to-End VoLTE Services
- Very high proficiency in NR, M-MIMO and LTE E-RAN design using standard planning tools like Mentum Planet or Atoll
- Very high proficiency in Radio Network Optimization with advanced understanding of E2E Optimization (Radio-Transport-Core), App Experience Optimization, crowdsourced data-based analytics and optimization
- Extremely well-versed with NDO Radio Network guidelines, E/// features and functionalities, RAN Release Notes, NIR, Delta parameters, counters and events per RAN release, ERS product capabilities,
- Demonstrated ability: Deep knowledge of AI/ML applied to NDO services,
- Advanced analytical capabilities using Tableau, Power BI, Python etc.
- Experience in development and testing of new automations and solutions applied to NDO services.
- Expertise in rule-based RCA method and system. Extremely skilled in ERCA OSS/DT development.
- Programming skills/experience in languages are mandatory - Python, Py-spark, SQL)
- Ability to understand customers business objectives and be able to
- Years of experience: 12+ Years
- Technical Certifications: ETCP RAN Optimization Professional, ML Fundamental, Automation Fundamental, Data Science and Python professional.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for 2G/3G/LTE
- Must be a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning agility. Must have excellent consulting and coaching skills for knowledge share.
