Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with GLP regulations and standards in all aspects of quality control activities.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of laboratory procedures, documentation, and facilities to ensure adherence to GLP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of GLP-related documentation, including study protocols, data, reports, and quality records.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding GLP requirements, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of GLP training programs for staff.
- Stay informed about updates to GLP regulations, guidelines, and best practices, and ensure that quality control processes are updated accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses related to GLP compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a GLP-regulated environment or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management and analysis.
- Certifications in GLP or quality assurance are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
