**Position Title**: Content Writer

**Position Overview**:
The Content Writer and Market Researcher at Climeto is responsible for researching market trends, generating innovative content ideas, and creating engaging content focused on environmental sustainability. This role involves producing high-quality written content for various platforms, including podcasts, social media posts, documentaries, and YouTube shorts, ensuring it aligns with the latest trends and audience preferences in the environmental sustainability sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on environmental sustainability trends, industry developments, and audience preferences.
- Analyse competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in sustainability, green technology, and environmental policies.
- Generate innovative and engaging content ideas based on market research findings.
- Propose content topics that align with the company’s goals and target audience in the environmental sustainability sector.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop a content calendar.
- Write compelling and high-quality content for various platforms, including podcasts, social media posts, documentaries, and YouTube shorts, with a focus on environmental sustainability.
- Develop scripts, blog posts, articles, and other written materials that captivate and inform the audience about sustainability issues and solutions.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and messaging of Climeto.
- Contribute to the overall content strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on research.
- Help develop strategies for content distribution and promotion across different channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
- Provide research and content support for cross-functional projects related to environmental sustainability.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of published content.
- Use analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to content creation and market research.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Attend relevant workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 Year (Min)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in market research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
- **Creativity and Vision**:

- Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills.
- Ability to translate research insights into engaging and informative content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
