**Role Description**
- Conduct research and analysis of land parcels for acquisition that align with project requirements, objectives, and budgetary constraints.
- Initiate contact and establish relationships with landowners, property developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to explore land acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, lease agreements, option agreements, and other contractual arrangements with landowners and property owners to secure land parcels for development projects.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, surveyors, appraisers, and other professionals to perform due diligence assessments, title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning evaluations for prospective land acquisitions.
- Prepare and present proposals, offers, and feasibility studies to management and project stakeholders to support decision-making processes related to land acquisition strategies and opportunities.
- Manage the land acquisition process from initial identification through negotiation, due diligence, closing, and transfer of ownership or control, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for land acquisition activities.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting land acquisition and real estate development and provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and files related to land acquisition activities, including contracts, agreements, permits, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to integrate land acquisition considerations into project planning, design, and execution.

**Experience: -** 10 to 15 years

**Relevant Experience required in:

- ** land acquisition, property management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
