Key Responsibilities:
Soldering Work: Perform precise soldering of electronic components, both through-hole and surface-mount, onto PCBs using appropriate tools and techniques.

Component Assembly: Assemble and fit electronic components based on circuit diagrams, schematics, and layout plans.

Quality Control: Inspect and test soldered joints to ensure a strong connection and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Repair and Rework: Perform repair and rework of soldered components, including desoldering and replacing faulty parts.

PCB Cleaning: Clean and maintain PCBs after soldering to remove excess flux and solder residues.

Tool Maintenance: Regularly maintain and calibrate soldering irons and other equipment used in the assembly process.

Documentation: Accurately record assembly steps and keep detailed documentation of completed tasks for future reference.

Technical Skills Required:
Soldering Expertise: Proficient in both through-hole and surface-mount (SMD) soldering techniques.

Component Identification: Ability to identify electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, etc.

Tools & Equipment: Experience in using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, magnifying tools, and multimeters.

PCB Assembly: Knowledge of assembling electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) based on schematic diagrams.

Desoldering: Proficiency in desoldering techniques for repair and rework purposes.

Safety Practices: Awareness of safety standards related to soldering and electronics assembly, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.

Preferred Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings/schematics accurately.

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on progress.

Patience and dexterity for handling small, delicate components.

Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
