Dispatch Clerk

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 for 8 hours (mandatory overtime of 3.5 hours, additional pay)

**Total Compensation**: ₹20,000 - ₹26,000 for 11.5 hours

**Education**: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma), graduation preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Operations**:

- Coordinate the dispatching of goods and materials to customers or internal departments.
- Schedule and prioritize dispatch orders based on urgency and delivery requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of dispatch documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure sufficient stock availability for dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Update inventory records and maintain inventory databases as needed.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with drivers, delivery personnel, and transportation companies to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate delivery schedules, routes, and special instructions to drivers and dispatch team members.
- Resolve any issues or concerns related to dispatch operations, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to verify accuracy, condition, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Address any quality issues or discrepancies identified during the dispatch process and take appropriate corrective actions.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during the dispatching process.
- Provide training and guidance to dispatch team members on safe handling procedures and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) required, graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
