Title: Insurance Analyst

Position Summary: As an Insurance Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the insurance industry. This internship will provide you with exposure to various aspects of insurance operations and analytics. You will work closely with the insurance team and contribute to data analysis, risk assessment, policy evaluation, and insurance product development. This role will help you develop essential analytical skills and industry knowledge while working in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze insurance-related data, such as claims data, policy information, and market trends. Use statistical tools and software to generate reports and insights for decision-making purposes.
- Corporate meeting & Product promotion: Learning about corporate meetings, Product promotion
- Risk Assessment: Assist in assessing the potential risks associated with insurance policies and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of underwriting data. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Policy Evaluation: Review insurance policies, endorsements, and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines. Identify potential gaps or issues and make recommendations for improvement.
- Insurance Product Development: Support the insurance team in developing new insurance products or enhancing existing ones. Conduct market research and, competitive analysis, and contribute to product design and pricing strategies.
- Claims Support: Collaborate with claims adjusters to investigate and analyze insurance claims. Assist in determining coverage, reviewing documentation, and evaluating the validity of claims.
- Compliance and Regulatory Support: Stay updated with insurance regulations and industry standards. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including licensing requirements and policy disclosures.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to the insurance team and other stakeholders. Communicate complex insurance concepts and analyses in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborative Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives within the insurance department or with other teams, such as finance, marketing, or underwriting. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Stipend: Rs 3,000 to 5,000 per month
