As a Business Developer - Online Bidder, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new opportunities through online bidding platforms. Leveraging your excellent communication skills and experience in international client handling, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with clients worldwide. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's services, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and tailor proposals that address their specific needs.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including scope, timeline, and pricing, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize and improve the online bidding process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Developer in a similar role, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Experience in international client handling, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
