**Profile Setup and Optimization**: Creating and optimizing Google My Business profiles for individual locations or branches of a business. This involves ensuring that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- **Content Management**: Managing and updating photos, videos, posts, and other content on the GMB profile to showcase the business in the best possible light. This may involve creating engaging content to attract potential customers and encourage interaction.
- **Local SEO**: Implementing strategies to improve the business's local search ranking on Google, including keyword optimization, citation management, and review management. This may involve monitoring and responding to customer reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitoring performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, calls, and direction requests to track the effectiveness of GMB efforts. Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- **Listing Verification and Management**: Ensuring that all business listings on Google My Business are accurate, verified, and compliant with Google's guidelines. This may involve resolving issues such as duplicate listings, incorrect information, or spammy content.
- **Stay Updated with Platform Changes**: Keeping abreast of updates and changes to the Google My Business platform and adapting strategies accordingly. This includes understanding new features, policies, and best practices to maintain the competitiveness of the business's online presence.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Teams**: Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate GMB efforts with overall marketing strategies. This may involve coordinating promotions, events, or campaigns that leverage the business's presence on Google My Business.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engaging with customers through features like messaging, Q&A, and posts on the GMB profile to provide assistance, address inquiries, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- **Training and Support**: Providing training and support to internal teams or franchisees on how to effectively use Google My Business to promote their locations and engage with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
