**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of overall experience spanned across various testing area
- Good Automation Experience in UFT and Selenium
- UFT/Selenium Experience is must to have.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis and assisting product owner/Business analysts in refining user stories and building strong user scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy and planning of technical testing
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation strategy, framework implementation, planning, scripting and execution ( preferably Cucumber/BDD - based frameworks)
- HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management tool
- Experience in User Acceptance development & implementation
- Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid experience and understanding of the Agile development lifecycle

**Desired Qualifications**
- 3+ year of financial services experience (Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, Lending ,Insurance); prior consulting experience is a plus
- Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, ISTQB, PMP or other specialized IT certifications
