- Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in APO Production Planning heuristics
- (Configuration, testing, solutioning)
- Worked as a SME in E2E software global development & implementation projects process knowledge in Configurations
- End 2 End Implementation and process knowledge of SAP APO.
- Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
- Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.
- Understands how the IT solution supports the Business Process E2E. Has process and IT landscape expertise on Sector level, BG, Markets or Functions.
- Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.
- Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements.
- Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.
- Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
- Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.
- Ensure seamless business operations support (third line support) when needed.
- Impact on efficiency and effectiveness for parts of key business processes. Proactive identify benefits and synergies.
- Innovation in business process re-engineering, finding new ways of working using new IT technology.
- Manage ITGS, ITD Devops and new project teams.
- Prepare solution designs based up on project requirements.
- Align with PEPF process and Guidelines. Analysis, Risk Assessment & IT Process redesign.
- Support IT Platform Solution Manager and other stakeholders when there is a requirement to prepare new project, Estimations, SOW Reviews.
- Responsible for designing use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices.
- Responsible to drive UAT and testing of functionality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Worked in business/client facing role.
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask.
- Clarity of thought and vision.
- Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table.
- Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output.

APO CIF:

- Configure CIF and develop IMs to transfer master/transaction data
- Product, Locations, PPMs, Stocks, Sales Orders, Planned orders, PurRqs/order and other documents for DP/SNP from SAP ECC and retransfer of planning results to ECC from SCM

APO DP:

- Design and configure planning areas, planning object structures, planning books, data views, macros, storage bucket profile, planning bucket profile
- Master forecast profile setting, mass processing planning tasks, activities, realignment, designing macro alerts and alert profile setting, life cycle planning, phase in/out/like profiles etc.
- DP master data-characteristics value combinations and proportional factors configuration/setting.

APO SNP:

- Extensive experience in setting up heuristics planning master data and relevant configuration for both in
- house production and external procurement
- In
- depth knowledge on various SNP planning parameters and master data viz. PDS, Quota Arrangement, Horizons, Lot sizes etc.
- Ability to explain planning results from different heuristics scenarios. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with SNP heuristics planning
- SNP Heuristic, deployment and TLB runs. Setting up planning parameter for different APO Master data
- Product, Location, Resources, Production Data Structure, Transportation Lanes, Quota Arrangements Hands on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics
- (Configuration, testing, solutioning).
- Specifically, MRP, Configurations like planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alert’s configuration & monitoring.
- Knowledge and experience of master data distribution of work centers / Resources, production versions, PPMs, PDS, capacities, Time-streams, CIF-ing between ECC and APO.
- Knowledge of working on Production orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Version.
- Material Planning using SAP MRP.
- Should be familiar with Integration of SAP PP with Material Management, WM, and QM.
- Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
