**Your tasks**
The BPO team of Finance Operations is responsible for three areas. 1. strategic finance projects for and with all DHL Group divisions. 2. classic process optimization projects for the Finance Operations division 3. digitalization projects for the Finance Operations division
Your daily routine will be characterized by tasks and projects where you will be responsible for solution definition and implementation of process automation using our Microsoft Power Platform. Depending on the needs of the projects, these solutions could also combine state-of-the-art technologies such as RPA/UiPath, BPM/Bizagi or OCR/Abbyy.
You will design process automation solutions in close coordination with our process analysts, automation architects and project managers, working in an agile setup. A regular exchange with other experts in the field of digitalization and business process optimization offers you the opportunity to develop and implement best practices, thus contributing to the harmonization and standardization of our processes.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in (business) computer science
- Excellent communication skills in English
- At least three years of professional experience in digitization or IT-related projects
- Very good knowledge of the MS Power Platform with a focus on Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint
- Desirable knowledge: Dataverse, Power Apps Portals, Power Pages, Virtual Assistants, Power BI
- Knowledge and experience in automation, accounting, process analysis and optimization, business intelligence and service management desirable
- You are a creative and responsible team player
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, enjoy attention to detail and proactively solving challenges and enjoy working independently with a focus on results
