**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer information
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and appointment-setting goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,355.55 - ₹33,700.70 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
