Medical Coder

**Job Location: Work From Home**

We are seeking an experienced HCC medical coder with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of the HCC medical coder will be to review medical records and accurately assign diagnosis codes based on HCC guidelines.
- Ensure that all diagnoses are properly documented and meet HCC guidelines
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards
- Ensure compliance with all coding and documentation guidelines, including HIPAA regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Any Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HCC coding experience
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
