Perform administrative support tasks as requested.
- Answer incoming calls in cordial, professional and timely manner.
- Answer multiple phone lines, discerning the caller’s needs and transfers call to appropriate staff or take messages as required.
- Order and maintain office/kitchen supplies
- Maintain conference room calendar and schedule to avoid overlapping or double booking.
- Assemble packets (new hire, benefits etc) sort and distribute mail.
- Resolve various front office issues and complaints.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors.
- Provide information about the Company such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization or services provided.
- Keep a current record of designated staff members’ whereabouts and availability.
- Keep work area and reception lobby tidy and presentable to the public.
- Sign for packages.
- Handle mail.
- Answer questions about the organization, providing callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
