Sales Coordinator

**1. To Manager the following KEY RESULT AREAS: (mention KPI and specific targets)**
A. Tenders, from start to end. Searching, documentation, filling and closing.
B. Starting from getting a PO and ending with Installation. Timely dispatch, client satisfaction and feedback sign off, Providing Timeline to Client after discussion with relevant Departments.
C. Cold calling and sales closure of targets given. Leads will be given by HOD for the target completion
D. Training the BDE’S on CRM & LTR and other related sheets which are important
**2. To Facilitate/Coordinate following activities**:
A. Checking Dispatch Related Documents and if required assist changes in the same as per client requirement, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates
B. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
**3. To Assist the seniors in the following functions**:
A. Reporting to the manager about training being given to BDE for Software’s and reports
B. Updating the senior about dispatch, report if any deviation
**4. To Maintain the following Records / Files**:
A. Tender Report
- No of tender searched, filled and closed
B. Dispatch in a month - Date of dispatch, delay date if any
C. Leads closure for current month
D. Personal Daily / Weekly & Monthly MIS report
**5. To Build a team & work in a team Note**:

1. To cooperate with ISO, CRM/SOFTWARE team & internal Auditor/CA for any procedure changes/ Implementation or required information
2. To ensure the proper use of the company facilities for office work only
3. To do continuous improvements on job & follow the guide-lines for every function
4. To ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers
5. To keep the workplace clean & neat and be a custodian of the department.
6. To maintain proper office filing system & Soft Records on PC / Laptop
7. To adhere to the organisation's culture, code of conduct, policy, circulars and follow the rules & regulations of the organization.
8. To cooperate with juniors, Seniors & Colleagues with respect and better coordination.
9. To ensure timely submission of expenses and clearance of the suspense account
10. To ensure self-punctuality and self-discipline on the job.
11. To ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment (Computer, Telephone etc.)
12. To maintain the confidentiality of companies secrets on salary, increments & policies etc
13. To participate in the official events of the company & properly utilize facilities of the company like (transport, snacks / dinner etc..)
15. To Maintain Daily / weekly & Monthly Task & Goal Sheet, MOM of Department the meetings. To send Monthly MIS as per JD (Job Descriptions).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
